The lavender oil (Lavandula angustifolia) is one of the most well-known herbs in the world with it is a delightful purple color. A beautiful plant favored by all over the world by herb and health lovers.  The plant has been growing all over Asia, Europe, and Africa. Back in ancient times, it was used to tame tigers and lions. The lavender is traced back 2,500 years ago which is ancient. It has been used as an ingredient in some perfumes but been used today as an alternative to medical prescription drugs.

It’s used as a home remedy for many benefits such as stress reduction, tension, inflammatory-condition, mood swings, depression, acne, burns, sleep insomnia, anxiety etc. Lavender oil has antimicrobial, antioxidant, antiseptic, and antifungal properties. 




 It’s most safe to use diluted lavender oil and can treat symptoms of asthma, hay fever, flu, and cold.

NEVER put lavender oil directly to your skin or hair. Mix 2-3 drops with carrier oils like coconut oil. It's NOT recommended to use lavender oil while being pregnant and breastfeeding, so stay away from it, if you want to be safe. Don't use lavender oil 2 weeks before going for a surgery whether it's plastic-based or health-based. Using the lavender oil is mostly safe for adults and less safe for children.

When consuming lavender oil by mouth, you might experience constipation, headache, and high appetite. 

Lavender with tea has been said to help treat stomach pains, indigestion, colic, diarrhea, abdominal swelling, intestinal gas, and vomiting. 

By applying the diluted oil into our hands and inhale the oil can soothe our mind and body. How is that? It regulates the adrenaline in our bodies. It has a delicious, beautiful smell to soothe our mind. It's good for relieving our headaches and migraines.

SKIN PROBLEMS
Lavender oil destroys the bacteria in our skin and heals our dry skin. It’s good for reducing the dark spots and scars coming from acne. The lavender oil is a good anti-aging product to make the skin look younger, and treats many other skin problems such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, rashes, wrinkles, and sunburns. It highly effective in preventing acne.

MINOR CUTS AND BURNS
Apply the diluted oil with 2-3 drops to the skin where you have minor burns and cuts. Because it calms the pain in an instant and decreases the redness from the burn. The pain will sting at first but decreases over time, and it won't allow your skin to blister if you get burned from a second- degree burn in the kitchen and apply the oil instantly after the burn accident.

BLOOD CIRCULATION
Lavender oil can balance our blood circulation. A balanced blood circulation is extremely important for our bodies to function. If we have a poor blood circulation then we'll experience symptoms such as; muscle cramps, dizziness, joint pain headache, and fatigue.

HAIR LOSS
Hair loss is very common for males as they lose hair in their early 20s to early 30s. Lavender oil is very helpful and effective in preventing hair loss and increase hair growth for both males and females by applying the oil into the scalp. It keeps the hair healthy by destroying lice, lice eggs, and nits. Mix lavender oil with rosemary, thyme, or cedarwood. Apply it on the scalp and wait 7 months to see the results of the hair growing by 44%.
